If Interest new allowed to the Annuitants according to the present price of
Stock in the Shree P cent. Consolr. Bant Anns.; they should begin with no more
than £4. 1s. - Pcent. P Annum-But in the 5 Pcent. Anns. a Pursharer may
make £4. 11s-nearly of his Money; and therefore considering how little favorable
the annexed proposals are to the Subscriteers, I think the County of Middlesex cannot
begin with less than four & a half pcent to increase as the several Amintants
drop off If Interest mere computed according. to the present price of Hock in
the 4 Pecnts, the Subscriters should have £4. 6s- P cent P ann. with benefit
of Township.
