To the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Matthew, Bethnal-Green , in the County of Middlesex ,
to convey, and to the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint George in Southwark
and to each and every of them to receive and obey.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto us whose
Names are hereunto set, and Seals affixed, being
two of His Majesty's Justices assigned to keep the Peace in
and for the said County of Middlesex , (one whereof is of the
Quorum) by the Church-Wardens or Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of St. Matthew, Bethnal-Green , that Susanna
Baker
< no role > Singlewoman hath
come to inhabit in the Parish of St. Matthew, Bethnal-Green
aforesaid, not having gained a legal Settlement there, nor
produced any Certificate owning her to be settled elsewhere, and
islikely to become chargeable to the said Parish of
St. Matthew, Bethnal Green ; we the said Justices, upon
Examination of the Premises upon Oath and other Circum-
stances, do adjudge the same to be true, and we do also ad-
judge the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said Susanna
Baker
< no role > is in the said Parish of Saint George in Southwark

THESE are therefore in His Majesty's Name and by Virtue
of the Statutes in that Behalf, to require you the said Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St.
Matthew, Bethnal-Green , or some, or one of you, on Sight
hereof to remove and convey the said Susanna Bakers< no role >
from and out of your said Parish of St. Matthew, Bethnal-
Green , to the said Parish of Saint George in Southwark
and her deliver to the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with
this our Order, or a true Copy hereof, who are hereby requi-
red to receive and provide for her according to Law.
