To the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Anne. within the Liberty of Westmin-
nster , in the County of Middlesex , and to the Church-war-
dens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Mary Aldermary in the city of London
and to each and every of them

WHEREAS Complaint has been made unto
Us, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in
and for the County of Middlesex City and Liberty of Westminster afore-
said (One whereof being of the Quorum) by the Church-
wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint
Anne , That Price Deverence< no role > Prosser Frances< no role >
his Wife and their two Children To wit
John< no role > aged near two year [..] and Catherine< no role >
aged one year and upward i have
lately intruded and come into the said Parish of Saint Anne ,
and are likely to become Chargeable to the same

We the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises
upon Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the same
to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the last legal
Settlement of the said Price Devercux Prosser< no role >
and his said Wife and Children
to be in the Parish of Saint Mary Aldermary
in the City of London

THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name, to require
you the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Anne. on Sight hereof, to re-
move and convey the said Price Devereux< no role > Prosser
and his said Wife and Children
from and out of your said Parish of Saint Anne , to the
said Parish of Saint Mary Aldermary
and them deliver unto the Church-wardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or to some, or to One of them,
together with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof, who
are hereby required to receive and provide for them
according to Law. Given under our Hands and Seals
this 12th Day of July 1785
