At the General Session of the Peace of our Lord the King holden in
and for the County of Middlesex at the Session House for the Said County on
Monday the Twentieth day of February in the Twenty Sixth Year of the
Reign of one Sovereign Lord George the Third King of Great Britain Etc.

the office of the Clerk of the Peace for this County for the next Session be
deemed good Service (in case the Prosr. or his present abode cannot be found
in the mean time) and that the Recogce. for the Deft. appearance at this
Session do Stand Respited

Esther to the Indict. by you Preferred against one by the Name of Mary
Timberman

Reply to the said Plea on or before the Twenty Eighth day of April Inst. the
Quarter CourtCourt of Quarter Session to be held by adjournment at the
New Sessions House aforesaid will be moved at Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon
of the same day or so Soon after as Counsil can be heared that the said
Plea may be allowed for went of Replication and that the Indictment
may be Quashed Dated this 17th. day of April 1786
