At the General Session of the Peace of our Lord the King holden
in and for the County of Middlesex of the Session House for the said
County on Monday the Twentieth day of February in the Twenty
Sixth Year of the Reign of one Sovereign Lord George the Third,
King of Great Britain Etc.

Upon reading the Affidavit of George Mr. Carty< no role > of No. 3
Sharpes Buildings Rosemary Lane It is Ordered that Notice of
Trial to be left at the office of the Clerk of the Peace for this Notice of
Tuesday the 25th. day of April next be deemed good Service (in case
the Prosr. or his present abode cannot be found in the mean time) and
that the Recogce. for the Deft. appearance at this Session do Stand
Respited

at the next General Quarter Session of the peace to be holden at the New Session
House on Clerkenwell Green in and for the County of Middx on Tuesday the Twenty
fifth day of April Inst. at Eight of the Clock in the Forenoon of the same day
and will them and there Plead not Guilty to, and Try my Traverse on the
Bill of Indict. Preferred by you against me for assaulting you Dated
the 18th. day of April 1786
