The Great
Increase of
Necessaries for
the Sick prisoners
considered}


Mr. Gibbs the Apothecery to the New prison & House
of Correction at Clerkenwell attending the Court in
Consequencepursuance of the Order made for that purpose on the County Day
of the last Session was informed by15th. [..]
Esqr the Chairman That the Bills for now S [..] nes
delivered to for the Sick prisoners in the said prisons had of late Years greatly
increased and desired him to State to the Court [..]
the reason of such Increase.

Whereupon Mr. Gibbs informed the Courts That it was
owing to the great number of [..] that were
ill being upon the Average about Thirty
& then A Motion was made and Seconded That
he referred To the Committee appointed to
take in the Title of the Commee of Vagrant [..]
to consider how the same may he prevented in
future.

Which being camed in the
Affirmation
[..] It was moved That the said Committee
