Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
Wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Allhallows on the Walls in the City of London .

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order a Pass Warrant under
the hands and Seals of Sir Sampson Wright< no role > and
Wm. Addington< no role > Esqrs . two of his Majestys Justices of
the Peace for the sd. County of Middx (one being of
the Quorum) bearing date the 19th day of December
part Catharine Need< no role > Singlewoman was Removed
& Conveyed from & out of the Parish of Finchley
in the sd. County of Middlesex to the sd. Parish of
Allhallows on the Walls in the sd. City of London as
the place of her last legal at Settlement

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves Agreived
by the said Order a Pass Warrant of the sd. two
Justices Do Humbly appeal against
the same and pray that the hearing and
determining there of may be adjourned to the
next General Sessions
of the Peace to be holden in & for the sd. County of
Middx & that the Court will be pleased to appoint
a day in the sd. next Sessions for the Churchwardn.
& Overseers of the Poor of the sd. Parish of Finchley
& all other persons concerned therein to Attend
to hear & abide the Judgement & determination
of the then Court touching the sd. Appeal

And your Petrs. shall ever pray Etc.
