The humble Petition [..] and appeal
of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Sepulchre
London

Sheweth


That by an order of Removal under the
Hands and Seals of J. Girdler and Charles Sheppard< no role > Esquires two
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and For the County of
Middlesex one where of being of the Quorum. ring Date the
Eighteenth Day of October One they and seven Hundred and
Eighty Five Sarah Gibbs< no role > together with he Male Bastard Child
Aged abt. Eight Weeks For Nurture were removed and Conveyed
From the said Liberty of Saffron Hill, Hatton Garden, and Ely
Rents in the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn in the County of
Middlesex unto the said Parish of Saint Sepulchre London as
the Place of their legal Settlement.

Your Petitioners thinking themselves
Aggrieved by the said Order of Removal
of the said two Justices Appeal to this
Court against the Same and thereby
Pray that the said Appeal may be hand
this present Sessions and that a time
may be now Appointed For the Stearing
and Determining there of
