MIDDLESEX .

AT the GeneralSession of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session House for the Said County, (by adjournment)
on Thursday the Twelfth Day of Mayin the
Twenty fifthYour of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc.

Where as the Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Mary Magdalen in the City of London Have at this present Session Exhibited
their Petition and Appeal setting forth That by an Order under the Hands
and Seals of Edward B Green< no role > and N Forster Esquires two of his Majesties
Justices of the Peace in and for the said County bearing date the 2d. day of May
1785 Martha Goldsmith< no role > Widow and her two Bastard Children namely Richard
Best
< no role > aged about 2 Years and a half and Elizabeth Ann Munn< no role > aged about 7 Months
were removed and conveyed from the Parish of Kensington in the County aforesaid
to the said Parish of Saint Mary Magdalen as the place of their last legal settlement
whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved, Where upon at the
request of the said Petitioners It is Ordered that the benefit of their said
Appeal should be saved unto them and the hearing and determining there of he
and the same is here by adjourned until the next General Quarter Session of the
peace to be holden for the said County and on Notice here of in the mean time to be
given unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
Kensington they and all persons concerned do attend the Court at the Session
house aforesaid on Thursday the Thirtieth day of June next at the hour of nine
in the forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the judgment and determin
ation of the said Court touching the said Appeal
