it was their opinion it would beit as a thinghighly to the advantage of the County to

A Motion was made by Sr. Robt Taylor< no role > and Seconded That the
following resolution made in Session last Vizt

be rescinded which was [..] resolved unanimously

And It was further Ordered that The Chairman be
desired and impowered & he is hereby desined and impowered to complete the Contract
with the said Jervoise Clerk Jervoise Esqr . Lethers
for the Purchase of the said Ground at the said
Price of £4000
Mr Chairman also informed the Court That he hads
Messrs. Boodle and [..] Partington respecting the ground infornt [..] House claimed by Lord [..] but that he
had not been able to [..] come to any decisive agreemt. with
them relativeto the Ground in the Fronts of the lessthere to
but that they had repeated expresed their Wishes to accommodate [..]

the County as for as it wd. be done without being a General [..]
to accept to any [..] Pecuniary corcepn from the County for
