To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their General Session of the Peace
Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Mary le Bone in the said County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or pass warrant under the
hands and Seals ofthe Herbt. Mayo< no role > and N Black more
Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace acting
in and for the County aforesaid (one whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing date the fifteenth Day of November
last John Wynne< no role > was removed and conveyed from the
saidParish of Saint George in the said County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Saml Mary le Bone as the Place of
his last legal Settlement Whereby your petitioners
conceive themselves aggrieved and humbly appeal
there from

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Pray your
Worships will be pleased to Hear them in the
Premises and to Order that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
Saint George may appear before you at a
certain Day to be appointed to Hear and abide
the Judgment and determination of your Worships
touching this Appeal

And Your Petitioners shall Etc
