Surrey at Guildford and that he had appointed to meet them at

to confer further upon the utility and expediency of erecting a
New Bridge andthat a great number
of the Magistrates for the County of Surrey were expected to be

confer with His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of Surrey
and having appointed a Committee of 25 to Procure a Proper Plan
for a New Bridge, to form and determine on an Estimate of the expence
of erecting the same, to Advertize for Proposals for performing the Work,
to make Contracts with the several Workmen for the execution thereof,
and to lake every other measure that may be necessary for the erection
of such New Bridge as also for the support and Security of the present
Bridge until such New Erection}
