It is his Duty to take care of the
Court, and to keep it properly [..]
and fit for Business.

And whereas great Inconvenience has
been found to arise to the Court from
great Numbers of improper Psons being admitted
into the Galleries during the time of Session

Resolved That in future the
Gallary Doors he kept locked during
the time of the Sessn.till the Setting
of the Court
and that the Keys thereofof the
Gallary
be laid upon the Bench by the
Chairmaneach Day of the Sessn.previous toat the
Sitting of the Court and that no Pson be
admitted into the Gallary without Leave given for
that Purpose by the Court or one of the Magistrates
