To the Sheriff of the County of Middlesex

We whose Names are hereunder written being
of his Majesty's Justices of the peace of the
said County of Middlesex under and by Virtue of an
Act of Parliament made and passed in the Twenty
fourth year of the Reign of His present Majesty
Intituled "An Act to explain and amend an Act
"made in the 11th & 12th year of the Reign of King
"William the Third intituled "an act to enable Justices
"of peace to build and repair Gaols in their respective
"Counties" and for other purpose therein mentioned"
Do require you to impance Summon and return
acknowledge of persons being [..] of the said
[..]
an indifferent Jury
of Twenty four persons Qualified to serve on Juries in for the said County
to appear before this Majesties Justices of the Peace
for the sd County on any two of them on
