taken down and made good in Character. the under part of Stairs Coved
Plaisterd and Finished.

The other Door case taken away and Brick'd up as a
Blank Window Window Stool to the same and Gaged Arches to both openings

A Framed Batten'd Cestern fixed up were directed in Size
Equal within side to 5 ft 6 by 2 ft. 9 and 5 feet deep lined with lead
Eight pound to the Foot with Waste Pipe & Ball. and the Lead Pipe laid in
from the tree to the same & a Brass Cocka drain made to Convey the Waste
into the nearest drain and the parts made good

Front Airy

A framed Bead and Flush Binn and framed Cover & a door in front to
be placed across the Airy for Ashes 5 feet high in front and 2 feet 6 in deep
An Iron Riddle (very strong) to be fixed in the same

An Easy Step Ladder 2 feet wide to be made to go from the
Airy to the Street the same to take away & be hung on Strong hook'd Staples
under the Bridgway

Anti Room in the
One Pair of Stairs}

To be divided by a Quarter Partition 4 by 3 to leave a space 11 feet
wide for a Butlers Room the finishing thereof on Each side to be similar
to the present Room. Two Presses with framed Ends and Backs to be fixt up
in the same 6 feet in front each and 2 feet deep and 7 feet 6 in. high with
2 folding Doors to each hung on Hinges and 4 Patent Locks with Solid
Wards to the same. Six whole deal shelves the full width to be placed in
EachThe Inside Square Work the outside ovolo flatt 4 pannell doors,
a small Moulding fixed round the Tops.

A double deal Dresser 8 feet long to be fixed on the
Window side 2 feet 6 in. wide with dove tail'd neat Draws 7 Inches
deep under the same neat turn'd Legs and proper Supporters a Back
Board 6 Inches high in the Windows.
