Angiolo Fioravante< no role > Indicted by
the Name of Joseph Angelo< no role > }
For an Assault

And Angiolo Fioravante who is Indicted by the Name of Joseph Angels< no role >
Cometh here into Court in his own proper person and demandeth Judgement of the said
Indictment Because he Saith That he the said Angilos Fioravants from the time of his
Baptism to this present time was and stile is called and known by the Name of Angiolo
Fiorasanti and by the said Christian and Sur names is and during the whole time
aforesaid was and yet is called named and known Without that That he the said
Angiols Fioravante now is or at any time hereto fore to this Day was called named
or known by the Name of Joseph Angels< no role > as is supposed by the Indictment aforesaid
and this he the said Angiolo Fioravants is ready to verify For which reason
and because he the said Angiolo Fioravants is not named in the said Indictment
by the Christian and Sur names of Angielo Firoavants is not named in the said Indictment
Fioravants prayeth Judgement of the said Indictment and that the same may
be Quashe'd
