The Front
Ground}


To be Enclosed round with Heart of Oak Posts 7in by 8in Square rounded at top and 3 feet 6in
out of the Ground 3 feet in the same two firr Rails framed into same 4 by 4 placed on the Arris two opeing
left were directed for Carriages framed in the same manner and hung with strong hook hinges and Iron
fastnings to keep the same back.

A Whipping Post to be fixed up simillar to that at Bridewell and made to be removed occasionally.

Square Portland Steps to be fixed with theck portland half Pace to Mr Halls DoorA
Portland Stone Curb agreable to the present Dimensions fixt on footings of Brickwork to Each side
and the End of Building Except 3 projection parts to form an Enclosure round the same in parts 2 feet
distant from the Walls in other parts more agreable to Explanation the inside to be paved with York shire
Pavinglast Iron Rails similar to Mose now fixed sideways to be fixed on said Curb & Run with
Lead with Suitable Stay Barrs2 Single Iron Spiked Barrs to be fixed from thence to the
stone Quoins

The Ground level'd as directed and a wide Moor Stone Curb fixed round the same agreable
to Explanation well dove taild together and reen with Lead the inside filled in Level with good hard
Ballast the 3 Door ways paved with Yorkshire Ealand Edge Paving

Front of Sessin
House }


A Moor Stone Curb as before deseribed laid before the whole front & up the returns home to the Rails
at the distance of 12 feet the footway the width of the Steps paved with Yorkshire Paving as befores
Counses the Reminder with Purbeck Squares in Courses 5 Inches thick laid in Screen'd Gravel or
Driff

The Several New Works painted 3 times in Oil with Common Colours and those parts a
[..] aratch.

All Rubbish cleard away when the Works are finished
The several Parts to be left complete & Hinges & fastnings supplied

The several Works to be made Compleat though not particularly specified the Old Materials taken down,
also those that are now loose about the House such as are not objected to by the Surveyor to be used. the Remainder to be
the Property of the Contractor.

The Several Works to be performed in a Complete and Workman like with the best Materials of every kind
to the approbation of Mr Leroux the appointed Surveyor thereof, and any alterations in the Contract not to
vitiate or make void the same but all additions and omissions to be finally Settled and adjusted by him

A Seperate Estimate to be given for the Masoney Carpentry
and for the Iron Work. & also for the other Works that Ralate to the onside of the Building
The other Estimates to Contain the Contain the Remaining Works withinside wish their Connectory
