ResolvedI Motion was made and Secondedthat a Commee
be appointed to inquire into and settle the dispute
relative to the Ground before the Sessn. House &
also to consider of a proper method of enclosing theGround belonging to this CountyGround belonging to this County round the Sessn House
and paving the samewith a [..] or Tence and as paving as to the
Session House all round
and also to consider whether
[..] Whipping part can be conveniently placedcould not be pal as
before
near the Sessns Houseandor when a
Moveable one mights not be used for the
Purpose

Also& what in a Way cannot be made
for the Grand Jury to come into Court witht.
coming in under the Stairs as they now do
And whether better Accomodationthen they
now Lane
cannot be provided for the
Witnesses Attending this Court and the Grand Jury

fixed in or one the Court for the purpose of rendering
