Read the Minutes of the last Meeting

Proceed to Re-Examine the Accounts andfindingfound that the
Sum of 17s. in favour of the Treasurer on the 1s. day of Octor. last
had been three addedin his Account page 54 of Money paid
for apprehending Vagrants had been twice added &
therefore that the same should be part of the Balance due from the Representative
of the late Mr Bensonwill be £

Mr Eyles reported that he hadSeen [..] Mr Phillips
respecting his Receipt to the Tren for £50. on Acct. of Mr Unfreville
that [..] P declared he had paid the sd from to [..]
& that the same ought to be deducted from the Asst.
[..] 10 [..] 16. due paid to the 6d Mr. U by the Trear that [..] the Ballance& will therefore make will
duefrom the Treasurerthe County with then proper more than stated in the Trimubs £50. [..] Must of that moore [..] Ballance from the
& thattheby the addn. of this two any abovein
Representative Etc f [..] respect to the County Rate is
£128..13..4½

County Rents

It appears that the between on the last acct.

[..] settd as mentd in the last minute was 2.9.11

That he Mr Benson has since reced half on
upon rent of the Quarters to Mr. O 1783 ingt21.6-.0

NB the Quaters [..] acknowledge a year
for a quarters [..] in arrear to Xmas 1784.23.9.11
