{Mr Mainwaring Reelected Chairman for the ½ Year
next ensuing man

Mr Burcher & all Kinley seperately proposed as
Candidates for the Office of Treasurer to this County

A Motion was made that each Candidate do find
proper Security himself in £2000 with and one or more [..] sureity to the amount of 2000 moretwo suretys in £1000 ea
10 [..] accountable for all such Sums of Money as shall come to his
hands Carrid Unan.

A Motion was made that the Candidates be called in and
acquainted therewith which was done accordingly who
respectively agreed thereto

Moved & Seconded that the Balloting Box be taken round
to carry Gentleman in order for him to ballot Carrd. in the
Negative

Moved that a Commes be appointed to examin & adjust
the Accounts of all Eyles late Trear. andthattheearned
Commee be the same as appointed to audit Mr Benon [..] ,

Moved & Seconded that Mr Blackburn be called in to give
an account of our Hunts plan [..] which being carried in the Affirmative be Called in accordingly and
Read the Orders of Court at the last Session respectively the
adjournment of the peace of a House of Correction & also a
Letter from to [..]

being returned & having & declared the plan was stolen from his Designs A Motion was made that the comon

County Day of the next Sessn: and that in the mean time Mr Blackburn and
Mr Hurst have notice to attend at that time in
order to satisfy the Gentdn. of the Originality
of Mr Hursts plan
