of the Parish of St. James Clerkenwell

, unto us whose Names are hereunto set, and Seals affixed, being two
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for the said County of Middlesex

and one of us of the Quorum, that

, not having gained a legal Settlement there, and that
the said Mary Newley and
[..] her three Children Sarah
Elizabeth and Marianne are
now chargeable to the said Parish of St. James, St Clerkenwell
. We the said
Justices, upon due Proof made thereof upon Oath, as otherwise, and likewise
upon due Consideration had of the Premises, doe adjudge the same to be true:
and we do likewise adjudge, that the lawful Settlment of the said Mary
Sarah Elizabeth and Marianne is in the said
Parish of Westham
in the said County of
Essex
We do therefore require you, the said Church-
wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. James, at Clerken
well
, or some or one of you, to convey the said Mary Sarah Elizabeth and
from and out of your said Parish of St. James, at Clerkenwell
, to the said Parish
of Westham
in the said County of Essex
and them to deliver to
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or to some or one of them,
together with this our Order, or a true Copy thereof, at the same Time shewing
to them the Original; and we do also hereby require you, the said Church-
wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Westham
to receive and provide for them according to Law. Given under
our Hands and Seals, the ninth Day of February in the
Year of our Lord, 178 5.
