the County Treasurer since the last Session of the Peace holden for this
County departed this life. The Chairman declared that the Office
of County Treasurer
and also Treasurer a Receiver of the Rents of then
Lands and Tenements of the Estate belonging to this County is Vacant

Moved that Mr Eyles be appointed County Treasurer
and also Treasurer a Receiver of the Rents of
the Lands and& profits of
Tenementethe Estates belonging to this County until a Treasurer
and
Receiver shall be appointed according to the Rules and Orders of
the Sessions agreed to

Moved that it be referred to the Committee appointed
"to Examin and adjust from time to time the Account or Accounts
"of the Treasurer of this County as well with Respect to his Receipts
"as his Expenditures and also to Examine and Audit all Demands
"of what nature or kind soever made of this County previous to
"the Payment thereof"
and that no demand be liquidated unless
"first Reported by the said Committeeand allowed by the Court"
to take and Examine the Account of the Executor or Legal
Representative of Mr

in is less timesince his last account Setled as such Treasurer and
Receiver and in case a Balance shall be found due to this
Couny

sufficient discharge to the said Representative And if the Balance
shall be found in favour of the Estate of our Benson then the said
