To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the Peace in the County of Middlesex
at the General Session Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint George in
the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order of Removal under
the Hands and Seals of John Barnfather< no role > John Wright< no role > Esquires
two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace in and for the the said County of
Middlesex (One where of being of the Quorum) bearing date the twenty
fifth day of November new last Past Mercutio Hill< no role > was removed
and conveyed from out of the Parish of Saint Mary le bone in the
said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint George as
the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said Mercutio Hill
whereby Your Petitioners conceive themselves to be Aggrieved.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to
this Court against the Order and Adjudication of
the said two Justices and may your Worships
will Appoint a day in this Present Session for
the hearing and Determining the said Appeal
And Your Petitioners will ever Pray Etc
