To the Worshipful His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex in General Session of the Peace at the Session house for the said
County Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Anne within the Liberty
of Westminster in the County aforesaid

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order under the Hands and Seals of Rupt:
Clarke
< no role > and D. Walker Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex aforesaid one whereof being of the Quorum
bearing date the 19th day of October last John Welch< no role > , Bridget< no role > his Wife
and their Child named James< no role > aged about Four years and six months
were removed and Conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint Giles
in the Fields in the County of Middlesex aforesaid to the said Parish
of Saint Anne as the Place of their last legal Settlement whereby your
Petitioners conceive themselves to be agerived

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to this Court
against the Adjudication of the said two Justices and their
said Order And Pray that your Worships will Please to
Appoint some day in this present Session for the Hearing
and Determining the said Appeal, And that all Persons
concerned do then attend this Court

And your Petitioners shall pray Etc
