It the General Session of the Peace of our
Sovereign Lord the King, holden for the County of
Middlesex at the Session house on Clerkenwell Green
in the County aforesaid on Monday the Sixth day
of December in the Twenty fifth year of our Sovereign
Lord Geroge the Third Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St Martin in the Fields have
Notice of this Appeal and Petition, and that they and all
persons concerned Do attend this Court on Thursday next
at 9 o Clock in the forenoon to hear & abide the Judgment and
determination of this Court touching the said Appeal
