The said Commee Report that having taken into Conson
the Order of Referrence to them made Vizt

and having read Mr Adams to Petition and having examined
the Allegationincontained in the sd. petr and the said

Accounts stated in the sd. Petition one Just and here and whereby

expence of conveying the Vagrants in greatly increased by the additional
number to be conveyed It is the Opinion a Tanbommed that the
