To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex in their General Quarter Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St George Bloomsbury
in the said County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the hands
and Seals of William Barrett< no role > and George Stubbs< no role > Esquires two of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the City and Liberty of a
Westminster in the said County (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the twenty Seventh day of September last John Monk< no role >
with Alice < no role > his Wife and their four Children Vizt. John < no role > Aged ten Years
Elizabeth < no role > Aged Eight Years Mary < no role > Aged Six Years And Jane < no role > aged
Six Months were Removed and Conveyed from and out of the Parish
of St Margaret in the City of Westminster aforesaid to the said Parish
of St George Bloomsbury as the Place of the last legal Settlement
of the said John Monk< no role > and his said Wife and four Children
whereby Your Petitioners Conceive themselves Aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to this Court
Against the Adjudication of the said two Justices and
their said Order And Pray that your Worships will be
pleased to appoint a day in this present Session for
the hearing and determining the said Appeal
