The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the Poor of the Liberty of Saffron Hill
Hatton Garden and Ely Rents in the Parish of Saint
Andrew Holborn in the said County

Sheweth

That by an Order under the Hands and Seals of
W Blackmore and Herbt. Mayo< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace in and for the said County of Middlesex
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date the fifth day
of October instant James Fox< no role > was removed and
conveyed from the Parish of Saint George in the said County of
Middlesex to the said Liberty of Saffron Hill Hatton
Garden and Ely Rents , as the place of the last legal
Settlement of the said James Fox< no role > ; whereby your petitioners
conceive themselves to be aggrieved.

Your Petitioners therefore Appeal
against the said Order, and humbly pray
relief in the premises; and that your
Worships will be pleased to appoint some
Day in this present Session for the hearing
and Determining this their said Appeals

And your petitioners shall ever
pray Etc.
