Maketh Oath and saith that he this Deponent together with
George Borner< no role > the Younger of Enfield aforesaid Farmer became
bound by Recognizance for the appearance of the above named
William Bastick< no role > to consider the above mentioned. Indictment
and this Deponent saith that before the said Cause came on
to be tried the said William Bastick< no role > departed this Life and this
Deponent saw the said William Bastick lying dead at
his late House at Seward stone Ferry near Enfield.

Sworn at the General Quarter Session
of the peace holden in and for the County of
Middlesex at the Session house for the said County
(by Adjournment) on Saturday 23d. October
