County of Middlesex in their General Quarter Session of the
Peace Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St: Margaret in the City of Westminster
and County of Middlesex

Sheweth.

That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or order of Removal under the Hands
and Seals of Wmr. Tyler and Wm.. Gowan< no role > Esqrs. two of His Majesty's Justices
of the Peace in and for the City and Liberty of Westminster bearing
date the 19th: day of June 1784 Hannah Powell< no role > Singlewoman was
Removed and Conveyed from the Parish of St. James in the Liberty of
Westminster and County of Middelsex to the Parish of St Margaret
in the City of Westminster as the place of her last legal Settlement,
with her Female Bastard Child for Nurture, whereby your
Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved

Your Petitioner therefore humbly Appeal against Who
Said Pass Warrant or Order of Removal, and Pray
that your Worships will appoint some Day in this
present Session for the hearing and Determining the
matter of the Said Appeal, and that all Parties concerned
may attend

And your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc
