That by virtue of s pass Warrant or Order under the hands and

(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the sixth day of

Children having gained no settlement in their own right) wore
Removed and conveyed from and out of the parish of St. Mary
le Bone
in the said County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of
St. George
Hanover square
in the said Liberty of Westminster
and
theCounty aforesaid whereby your petitioners think themselves
aggrieved and humbly Appeal to this Court against the same.
Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray your Worships will
please to grant that the benefit of the said Appeal may be
saved unto them and that the hearing and determining
thereof be adjourned until the next General Session of the
peace to be holden for the said County of Middlesex
and that
all persons concerned may be ordered then to attend this Court
touching the said Appeal.
