The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. George Hanover Square
.
Sheweth
That by virtue of a Pass warrant or order under the
hands and seals of
Peter Greene< no role >
and
John Wordham< no role >
Esquires
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in
and for the said County of Middlesex
(one whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing date the 30th. of March
1784
James Richards< no role >
was removed and conveyed
from the parish of St. Paul Shadwell
in the said
County to the said Parish of St. George Hanover Square
in the said County as the place of his last legal
settlement whereby your Petitioners think themselves
aggrieved and appeal to this Court against the same
Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray
Relief in the Premises and that a day in this
present Session may be appointed for the
hearing and determination of the said
Petition and appeal.
