To the Worshipful His Majesties Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex in your
General Quarter Session of the Peace assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Allhallows London Wall
in the City of London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order of Removal under
[..] Hands and Seals of S. Hawley and Robert Smith< no role >
[..] two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the said
[..] of Middlesex bearing Late the Twentieth day of
[..] One thousand seven hundred and eighty four Mary
[..] Thompson Widow was removed and conveyed from and out of
[..] Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate in the said
[..] of Middlesex to the Parish of Allhallows on London
[..] in the City of London as the Place of the said Mary
[..] Thompson
< no role > 's last legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners
[..] conceive themselves aggrieved

Therefore Humbly Pray your Worships
to appoint a day in this present General
Quarter Session to hear and determine their
said Appeal
