To the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Fulham
in the County of Middlesex and to John
Worth
< no role > Beadle of the said Parish for this purpon
and to the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Drayton
in the said County

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made by you the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Fulham
unto us whose Hands and Seals are
hereunto set, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace acting
in and for the said County of Middlesex
(and one of us of the Quorum) that Ann Youd< no role > ,
Single Woman
lately intruded into your said Parish of Fulham
there to inhabit as Parshioner contrary to the Laws re
to the Settlement of the Poor, and there [..] become
chargeable, [..] :And WHEREAS upon due
Examination and Enquiry made into the Premises, on the
Oath of the said Ann Youd
it appears unto Us, and we accordingly adjudge, that the said
Ann Youd is
[..] become chargeable unto the said Parish of Fulham
and that the last legal Place of
Settlement of the said Ann Yond
is in the said Parish of
Drayton
THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name, to order nad require
you and said Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Fulham aforesaid, that you
or some of you, doth forthwith remove and convey the said
Ann Youd from your said Parish of Fulham
to the said Parish of Drayton
and her deliver
to the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or some
or one of them, together with this our Warrant or Order, or a
true Copy hereof: whereby they are likewise required, in his
Majesty's Name, and by Virtue of the Statutes in such Case
made, forthwith to receive the said Ann Yond
into their said Parish and provide for her
as their own Parishioner. Given under our Hands and Seals
the 22nd Day of March in the Year of
our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty four
