having upon him the said James Randall< no role > a certain Offensive
Weapon called a Cutlass with intent feloniously to Assault some person
or persons Contrary to the Statute in such Case made and provided there
to be kept instil this present Session This Court upon Strict
Examination of the Circumstances of the premises Doth hereby
adjudge the said James Randall< no role > to be a Rogue and Vagabond for
th Cause aforesaid within the true intent and morning of the Statute
in this behalf made and provided and doth Order that the said
James Randall< no role > be Committed to the House of Correction at Tothill fields in this County the to best
to hard Laborer for the space of Six Months now next Ensuring
