named in the annexed Pass Warrant, apprehended
by Beadle and brought
before me, one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in
and for the County of Middlesx.

Who upon Oath saith, That She was born in Great Yar month
in the County of Nor folk That She was never Married nor
was ever bound an Apprentice nor ever lived as a hired Served
her the Space of a year nor ever did any act to gain a
Settlement in her own right
