Session-House, Clerkenwell-Green ,

YOU were bound for the Appearance of William Long< no role >
at September
Session last at the Session-House for the said County, who
not appearing, your Recognizance is become forfeited; and
will be Estreated into the Court of Exchequer , from whence
Execution will proceed for the levying 20
Pounds on your Goods and Chattels; unless Care be taken
to stop Proceedings, by an immediate Application at the
next Session, which will begin at the Session-House aforesaid
on Monday the 27th Day of October Instant.
