Victualler maketh-Oath and saith that he this Deponent
was present as a Witness and did see the Within General
Release or Deed Poll duly Signed Sealed and delivered by
the within named Thomas Benningfield< no role > set this Name at
the foot of the Leal within [..] contained in the within
Release or Dead poll and that the Name Wm Bernardien
set as Witness there to is the proper hand Writing of this
Deponent and that the said Thomas Bennigfield< no role >
