of Red dyon Street in the Parish of Saint
Andrew Holborn in the County of Middlesex

have Remised Released and for ever quitt claimed and by these presents
do Remise Release and for ever quitt class me unto Jane Patterson< no role >
of Fisher Street Red Lyon Square in the Parish of
Saint george the Martyr and County of Middlesex aforesaid
Widow
her Heirs Executors and Administrators all and all
manner of action and Action cause and cause of action suits Bills
Bonds Writings obligatory Debts Dues Duties Accompts Sum and
sums of Money Judgements Executions Extents Quarrells Controversies.
Trespasses Damages and Demands whatsoever both in law and Equity
or otherwise howsoever which against the said Jane Patterson< no role > by
reason of an action of assault now depending between the
above parties and also against all other Claims and
Demands which the said James Turner< no role >
ever had and which yes hisHeirs
Executors or Administrators shall or may here after have claim challenge
or demand for or by reason or means of any Matter Cause or Things
whatsoever from the beginning of the world unto the day of the date of these
