William Poole< no role > of Peter's Lane in the Parish of Saint Sepulchre
in the County of Middlesex Perukemaker maketh Oath That
he this Deponent was present on the fourth Day of December instant
and did see the above named Elizabeth < no role > the Wife of Thomas Coatsworth< no role >
the Prosecutrix Sign Seal and as her Act and Deed deliver the
General Release written on the other Side hereof And that the Mark
of the said Prosecution appearingtoand the Name Wm Poole
appearing to be thereto sett and subscribed are of the proper making
and Hand Writing of the said Prosecutrix and this Deponent as a
Witness to the due Execution of the same respectively
