William Newman< no role > Beadle of the Parish of Hampstead in
the County of Middlesex maketh oath on Monday last being
the first day of December instant, at the Alehouse Known by the
Sign of the Coach and Horses at Highgate in the Said County
being the last Settled or Known Place of abode of Richard Toovey< no role >
the Prosecutor in this Cause he this Deponent delivered to one
Ann Mallers< no role > a true Copy of the Notice and also a true Copy of
the Order hereunto annexed and at the same time did inform her of
the Contents Penport and meaning thereof And this Deponent
further Saith upon his oath that the Said Ann Mallers then appeared
to have the Care and Management of the Said House and that She
informed him this Deponent that She Knew the Richard Toovey< no role >
but did not know where he could be found or that he had then any
fixed or Settled Place of a bod [..]

Sworn in open Court at the General Session
of the Peace holden for the County of Middlesex at
the Session House of the Said County on Monday
the 8th. day of December 1783}
