I do hereby humbly Certify that I have weigtred and caused
to be weighed all the Bread delivered to the Prisoners in the House of
Correction at Clerkenwell and found on the following Days several Loaves
Short of Wright Vizt.

weight and sometimes above weight Dated the 30th day of October 1783
