By Adjournment Thursday 30th. Novr. 1783
Mr. Eyles Clerk
and Treasurer
to the Commissioners for building a
New Session house for this County having pursuant to Order laid before
this Court an Account of his Receipts and Disbursements. It is Ordered
that on the County day of the now next Sessions the said Accounts be again
produced and it is requested that the said Treasurer
do in the mean time
inform himself and form a statement of what demands upon the said
Commissioners are still outstanding and unsatisfied
It is Ordered that the Treasurer
of this County do on the County
day of the new next Session lay before the Court an account of the annual
produce of the Estates belonging to his Majestys Justices of the peace
for
this County for the benefit of the said County and of what money remains
in this hands arising therefore
It is Ordered that the Collector of the Tolls of the Saint
James's Haymarket
do on the County day of every Quarter Session of the
peace to be holden in and for this County lay a state of his Accounts
before the Court
