of Sarah his Wife were by an Order or Pass Warrant bearing Date the
Twenty Second Day of October last under the Hands and Seals of
Robt. Taylor< no role >
and
James Paine< no role >
Esquires
two of His Majestys Justices of the Peace in and
for the City and Liberty of Westminster
in the County of Middlesex
(one
whereof being of the Quorum) removed and conveyed from and out of
the Parish of Saint George Hanover Square
within the Liberty of Westminster
aforesaid in the said County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Saint
George the Martyr in the said County as the place of their last legal
Settlement
Your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved by
the said Order humbly appeal to this Court against
the same And pray that the Benefit of their and Appeal
may be saved unto them until the next General Session
of the Peace to be held in and for the said County of
Middlesex
when the crave a Day to be appointed
for all persons concerned to attend to hear and abide
the Judgment and Determination of the said Court
touching the said Appeal.
