[..] of the Parish of Saint Paul

[..] humbly Appeal against the same

will be pleased to order the Church wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Paul Covent Garden Aforesaid And

Same day of present Session to hear and
abide the Judgment and Determination
of this Court Touching the Premises, And
of your Petitioners may have Such relief
