MIDDLESEX .


AT the General Quarter- Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session House for the Said County, (by adjournment)
on Thursday-the thirtieth Day of Octoberin the
twenty fourth-Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Briatin, Etc.

Whereas William Oakley< no role > Hath at this present Session Exhibited His Petition and
Appeal Setting forth. That the Petitioner was on the twenty first day of this present month
of October convicted by Jacob Leroux< no role > Esquire one of the Majesty's Justices of the peace in
and for the said County of Middlesex in the Sum of five pound for having on the 14 day
of the said month of October caused permitted and Suffered a Waggon (the fellies of the
Wheels being of less breadth than Six Inches) to pass on the Turnpike wad at Highgate
in the said County of Middlesex which was drawn with more than fore House
whereby the Petition concerved himself aggrieved Whereupon at the request of the said
Petitioner It is ordered that the benefit of his said Appeal should be saved into
him and the hearing and determining thereof be and the same is hereby adjourned
until the next General Session of the peace to be holden for the said County and on
Notice hereof in the mean time to be given unto the said Jacob Leroux< no role > Esquire he
and all persons concerned do attend the Court at the Session House aforesaid on
Thursday the fourth day of December next at the hour of nine in the forenoon of the
same day to hear and abide the Judgment and determination of the said Court
touching the said Appeal
