To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their Present General Quarter Sessions
of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition of William Oakley< no role >

Sheweth


That your Petitioner was on the Twenty first
Day of this Present Month of October convicted by Jacob Larne< no role >
Esquire one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for
the Said County of Middlesex in the Sum of Two Pounds
for having on the fourteenth day of the Said Month of October
Caused permitted and suffered a Waggon (the fallier of the
wheels being of less Breadth than Six Inches) to pass on the
Turnpike read at Highgate in the Said County of Middlesex
Which was drawn with more than four Horses.

That Your Petitioner Concerving himself
aggrieved by the Said Conviction Bass Leave to appeal to
your Worship against the Same

And humbly Prays Your Worships will
that the Benefit of the Said Appeal
may be Saved unto your Petitioner untill
the next General Session of the Peace
and that all Parties Concerned May have
Notice to attend

And as in Duty Etc
