Session-House, Clerkenwell-Green ,

YOU were boud for the Appearance of luke sherbuck< no role >
at September
Session last at the Session-House for the said County, who
not appearing, you Recognizance in become forfeited; and
will Estreatedinto the Court of Exchequer , from whence
Execution will proceed for the levying 20
Pounds on your Goods and Chattels; unless Care be taken
to stop Proceedings, by an Application for a Respite at the
next Session, which will begin at the Session-House aforesaid
on Monday the 27 th Day of October Instant.
