Richard Armstrong< no role > of Arundel Street in the Strand in the County of
Middlesex Assistant Cryer of the Court of Session of the Peace and
Session of Oyer & Terminer for the County of Middx maketh oath and
saith that he was present at the Session House for the said County on
Monday the 24th. day of Feby 1783 when the General Session of the Peace
and Session of Oyer & Terminer in & for the said County was begun and
holden And this Dept. saith that William Mainwaring< no role > Esqr. the Read
Sir George Booth< no role > Bart. Sir Sampton Wright< no role > Knight Edward Gray< no role > Wm.

Court on the said 24th. Day of Feby 1783 And that the Grand Jury
were sworn under the Commission of the Peace and under the Commission
of Oyer of Terminer And this Dept. saith he well remembers That on
the sd. 24th. day of Feby 1783 a Bill of Indictment was preferred at
the said Session of Oyer and Terminer against the sd. Deft. for Perjury this
Dept. having sworn the sevl. Witnesses who were to give Evidence to
the Grand Jury touching such Indictment and Indorsed thereon the Words
sworn in Court" unde the names of such Witnesses And this Dept. also
saith third the Grand Jury on the same Day found such Indictment a
true Bill this Dept. being as he verily believes present when they brought
the same into Court And this Dept. furr. saith that he verily believes
that all the several Justices above mentioned except the said Edward
Gray
< no role > and Thomas Collins< no role > were present when the said Indictment
was brought into Court by the Grand Jury.
