, reports, that it ap
pears to be the wish of the Justices, two of
whom were depicted to attend the Committee,
to other immediate possession of the Garden
[..] to the said Workhouse
for the
purpose of enlarging the Prison
And it in concluded by this Meeting, that,
provided the said Justices agree to the terms
already proposed for the sale of the whole
premises, & that the Person who now occupies
the Garden, be compensated by them for his
Interest therein; the said Garden shall
be immediately given up to them
